About me
In the 1990s and 2000s, I worked in the cultural field with the management of activities such as the Xornadas de Banda Deseñada de Ourense (Ourense Comics Festival) and the historic “Cineclube Padre Feijoo” film society. Afterwards, I worked professionally as coordinator of the Ourense Film Festival for three editions. With other partners, I founded two small companies (Aira Iniciativas, a cultural management company, and Difusora, a publishing company). I was manager of the Spanish Federation of Professional Illustrators' Associations (Fadip) for four years, and for twelve years, technical secretary of the Galician Association of Illustration Professionals (AGPI). In recent years, I have focused especially on technical and commercial translation and on proofreading and revising texts for national and international companies.
In all these areas, I have always been involved in project coordination, publishing of printed materials and web pages and, consequently, writing, proofreading and translation tasks.
